With GFNY Coaching you get your choice of training plan, with something for every rider and every budget. All of our plans are custom-designed for each athlete, and feedback and coach contact is always included.

Our plans differ in levels of coach contact, analysis of training data, and flexibility to alter or modify the training schedule.

Premium is the most popular coaching option. With Premium you get training data analysis, communication time with your coach, and flexibility to change your training plan from week to week. Premium is perfect for athletes who love the data side of cycling, athletes who have busy schedules and often need to move things around, and athletes who want closer contact with their coach. 


Our Pro level coaching is designed for athletes who want the closest level of coach oversight, with extensive coach contact, high flexibility to make changes to the training plan, and the ability to receive nutritional tips, strength and conditioning advice, and strategy sessions to plan for race day.  Our Pro level coaching is for the athlete who wants the best.

Hybrid in-Person Coaching

For riders looking for a more hands-on approach to improving their cycling, GFNY Coaching also offers in-person coaching and lessons to riders in the NYC area. 

You are also able to book hourly lessons, either as an individual or in small groups. 

Getting Started

Are you interested in getting started with GFNY Coaching? Here’s how to get started:

  • Review the details of our plans (Premium and Pro) and decide which one works best for you. If you need help making a choice, feel free to reach out. 
  • Contact our coaching staff and let them know you’re interested in a coaching plan. 
  • From there your coach will schedule the initial consultation, and you’ll be ready to begin!
  • All of our training plans are administered through Training Peaks. If you already have a Training Peaks account you’ll be given instructions on how to connect your account to your coach. If you do not, we will make you an account and provide you with directions on logging in. Training Peaks integrates seamlessly with Strava, Zwift, Garmin Connect, and other services.


  • All billing is monthly, no contracts or commitments. You can cancel any time. 
  • You can upgrade to a higher level plan at any time.
