Porque para ser un profesional por un día, necesitas un buen par de piernas

La mayoría de los ciclistas de GFNY no son profesionales. Pero si deseas aprovechar al máximo tu experiencia "Sea un profesional por un día" y disfrutar de GFNY al máximo, el ejercicio, la nutrición y un par de piernas fuertes pueden ayudar. Y un buen entrenamiento puede ayudarte a conseguirlos.

Quizás tu objetivo sea terminar el Bear 50 en GFNY NYC. Tal vez sea para unirte al club #Breaking5 y romper su PB en el recorrido de 100 millas de GFNY NYC. O tal vez sea para volar por los Cols de GFNY Vaujany o conquistar el strade bianche de GFNY Italia.

Independientemente de tus objetivos o nivel de experiencia en el ciclismo, con GFNY Coaching obtienes planes de entrenamiento personalizados, consejos y orientación para centrarse en tu evento objetivo. Ya sea que tengas un par de meses para afinarte o medio año para cambiarte por completo como ciclista, estarás listo para alcanzar ese PB, obtener la mejor resultado de tu historia o simplemente terminar tu primera carrera GFNY.

Nuestro Equipo

Matthias Van Aken

Matthias es un ciclista Elite de Bélgica, tiene experiencia en el ciclismo con casi 15 años de carrera. La cultura del ciclismo no era algo que viviera en su familia, aun así llegó a algún nivel alto, con el apoyo de sus padres y mucha perseverancia.

Lleva 2 años corriendo a nivel UCI Continental (1 año en equipo serbio y 1 año en equipo boliviano). Tuvo un lugar en el podio en las carreras de la UCI y viajó por el mundo compitiendo en su mayor parte en Europa, China, Madagascar, Argelia y Uruguay.

Desde 2018 conduce GFNY, es capaz de guiar a los principiantes que quieran realizar recorridos medios y a los ciclistas que quieran batir récords personales o límites de tiempo en recorridos largos.
